Cancellation Policy
Our schedule does not always allow for make-up classes due to absenteeism, weather, emergencies, or maintenance closures. However, extra time will be added to a session when possible. Participants will be contacted about cancellations prior to the start time. Occasionally, insufficient registrations may result in class changes or cancellations.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued only if cancellation is received at least 7 days prior to the program start date. Participants are responsible for attending all scheduled sessions. Make-up classes, credits, and refunds are not available for absences or missed sessions. Refunds are not issued for weather-related changes.
